I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, and my windshield wipers are stuck in the up position when turned off, otherwise they function fine. I'm trying to sell my car and want to put as little money as possible into it, so if anyone knows how to fix this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
