Has anyone replaced the oilpan gasket on a 95-99 Aurora? I am trying to decide whether to try this myself, or take it to the shop. I was told the engine had to be pulled, and I am looking for a shortcut, if there are any. Thank you, Jim

im pretty sure u have to pull the engine up a little so the oil pick up clears the pan when taking it off

I looked on alldata and it says to pull the trans out, GM tsb sealant procedure says to pull the engine and on a stand flip the engine and seal pan assembly.
Either way a very ugly job.
