noise coming from rear end when turning, but seems to only happen after the car has been driven for about 45 min to an hour. Also a clunking noise in what sounds to be the right rear wheel when stopping and accelerating from a stop

Check fluid. If the clutches are still ok you can change the fluid and add friction modifier. The clutches chatter on turns when they are worn or are needing modifier. Typical ford problem.
