I own a ford escort zx2 and I want to know that what is the biggest rim, which I can put on my car, and I also want to know what size of tires to buy when I buy the rims and what sizes will be best suited for by car?

the biggest rims that you can put on your car will be 18x7.5's.
But, I will recommend that you use 17x7's as the 18's will affect the performance of your vehicle and if you are getting 17's, then the correct size of the tires for your car will be 205/40R17
