On Tuesday last week, after all the gas stations raised the gas prices up to 3 bucks a gallon, I noticed that a lot of people on the road slowed down, especially during rush hour. I did too and I was able to get 24 mpg (city/highway mix) which is pretty good for my 97 Grand Prix GT. I normally get about 21.

Just wondering if you changed your driving habits at all, at least while the gas stations were gouging our pocketbooks.

I'm not from there I'm from illinois. You should feel lucky that your gas prices only went to three dollars a gallon. Ours are regularly like that and if something like that happened then ours would probably jump to around five a gallon.
