Rolled down passenger side/front window now won't go back up. Window in back/drivers side doesn't work either but that's been for awhile now. I took off door panel, seems like only one wire lights up at switch. Tested both wires (brown/blue) farther down the line thru plastic coating and no light at all. Not sure if doing this right. When I push on the switch, I hear a light clicking sound in window motor. Does that mean it's getting power? Also, can't reach where wires connect to motor. AAAAAAAAaagh! Please help, it's cold out!

thanks,
Mandy
